VariForce Gas Springs bring adjustable pressure to your application (standard struts "push"). Each spring is fitted with a bleeder valve and comes fully pressurized. Once installed in the application the pressure can be reduced gradually until functioning properly. For scale applications this represents an opportunity to determine the correct pressure for production. Simply return the properly functioning strut to Associated Spring RAYMOND for profiling. The maximum spring force listed in the data table is for the extended position of the strut; forces will increase slightly as the strut is compressed.
